Our home was a short sale with two lenders. Catherine and Kim showed persistence, diplomacy, toughness and imagination in reconciling the interests of the buyers, lenders and our own needs. Satisfying the lead lender was particularly challenging. My impression is that Catherine’s and Kim’s positive reputation in Sonoma helped us attract, and ultimately close, with a well financed buyer with a strong interest in our property. This in turn was crucial in satisfying the lead lender that the best possible deal was on the table.
